With the kind permission of the RAF Wittering Station Commander, Harrier Force Association members and their families/relatives are cordially invited to attend the Wittering Families Day on Friday 8th June 2012.
To register your interest, login to the HFA website then click on the Register for Events link (www.hfassoc.org) and complete the relevant details. There is no charge for this event.
To gain admission to the Station following registration, you should arrive at the Main Gate with a means of identification and collect your car pass from the Guardroom. Follow the signs to the designated parking areas.
Families Day commences at 1100hrs. Unfortunately due to wider commitments beyond the control of the Station, this year will see only a limited flying programme.
The main event of interest to Association members will undoubtedly be the HFA Happy Hour, which commences at 1600hrs at the Harrier Heritage Centre, where food and beverages will be served and can be paid for in cash.
As well as the Heritage items of interest on display, the centre will feature the Harrier Special Interest Group with their unique array of model aircraft and, hopefully, the HFA shop!
Please lend your support to this year’s HFA Reunion by registering your attendance as soon as possible. See you there, and don’t forget it’s free!
