IV Sqn Centenary Booking Form

We are, at last, in a position to accept bookings and payments for the Centenary. The price for the whole weekend will be £65 per head; if you can only attend the Friday Meet & Greet the price will be £20, if you can only attend the Saturday Dinner, the price will be £45.

In case you’ve forgotten, the plan at the moment looks like this:

• Friday 21 Sep: 1700: Meet & Greet/Happy Hour at the Officers’ Mess; Happy Hour food; all inclusive until the money runs out, a standard cash bar will operate after that. Dress: smart casual
• Saturday 22 Sep a.m.: Golf, sea fishing for those so inclined; Moran Building open, History Room open, Simulator and Fixed Base Trainer open
• Saturday 22 Sep p.m.: Flying display, fast food and drinks available to purchase
• Saturday 22 Sep: 1900: either buffet dinner in the hangar or more formal dinner night in the Officers’ Mess, depending on numbers; live band; all inclusive until the money runs out, PAYG bar after that; the event will finish at 11 pm (no children at the evening function I’m afraid). Dress: jacket & tie
• Sunday 23 Sep: 1000: Dedication of IV Sqn stained glass window in RAF Valley Church; depart

Station MT will be providing a pick-up and drop-off service from local hotels during the weekend, but it has not been possible to arrange a coach to drive from the Stamford area to RAF Valley. If members in the Stamford area are interested in hiring a minibus together I can put them in touch with each other.
